What we collect

Your email address, the product categories and markets you ask us to monitor, and payment records handled by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details.

Why

To send the weekly brief, to configure your filters, to provide between-brief alerts, and to handle billing and support.

Who processes it

Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and Cloudflare (hosting). Each processes data on our instructions under their own terms.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, and we do not share your categories or your interest in specific recalls with third parties.

Retention

Subscriber records are kept while your subscription is active and for 12 months afterwards for accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your records sooner, except where retention is legally required.

Your rights

Email hello@stxai.app to access, correct or delete your data, or to unsubscribe. We answer within 30 days.
