For agencies, consultants & compliance firms
Twenty client brands. One feed. One weekly email.
You already sit in front of the brands. Recall monitoring is the service clients expect and nobody wants to build: the feed changes format, matching is fuzzy, and someone has to read it every week. We do that part.

Why this lands on your desk, not the brand's
When a client's listing gets pulled over a recall, the notice was usually public for days before anyone noticed. The agency gets asked why nobody flagged it — even though the brand is the one named. Reading every CPSC notice for every client catalog is a full-time job nobody assigned to anyone.
What the matching actually does
Each CPSC notice names a manufacturer, an importer, a product name, often model or date codes. We match all of those against the brand catalogue you hand us — not against three broad consumer categories. That matters: in the 90 days to 29 October 2026, 49 of 135 CPSC recalls (36%) fell outside the usual children's / kitchen / home split, and a category-only filter would never have shown them.
And the split matters for who you represent: in the same 90 days the FDA published 513 food and drug enforcement records (307 food, 206 drug) and none of them appear in the CPSC feed. If your book includes supplement, food or OTC brands, a CPSC-only monitor was never going to see them — that is the gap we closed this week.
Coverage today: the US CPSC recall feed, plus FDA enforcement reports for food and drug (which is where supplement and food brands actually show up — CPSC never lists them). FDA device enforcement and EU Safety Gate are not monitored yet; we say so rather than implying otherwise.
What arrives
- One weekly brief per client brand, branded however you like on the white-label tier
- Every recall marked keep selling / check stock / pull the listing, with the reason
- Hazard, units affected, remedy, and a link to the official notice on every item
- Between-brief alerts when a new notice matches a brand you watch
- A coverage line on each brief — the date range that was read, so a quiet week looks quiet rather than broken
- Reply to any brief and a person answers; you can forward it straight to the client
Pricing

Free check: three client brands
Name up to three brands you manage. We run them against the last 90 days of CPSC notices and FDA enforcement reports right now — the matches appear below, not next week. Give us an email only if you want the full write-up.
Prefer email? Reply to any ShelfWatch email with one client brand name — the matches come back automatically, usually within a minute, no call needed.
No card, no trial call. Matching is on manufacturer / importer / product names in the public notices — a brand spelled differently will read as zero.
